User guide

From sign-up to your first image in 5 minutes with the GenFrame web studio.

1Sign up & log in

  1. 1Click “Create free now” on the home page, or “Sign up” in the top-right corner.
  2. 2Register with email (enter your email and password; if asked for a code, click “Send code” and check your inbox), or continue with Google / GitHub.
  3. 3You get 100 free credits right away — the balance shows in the workspace sidebar.

💡 In in-app browsers (e.g. WeChat) Google / GitHub sign-in is blocked. Open the page in your system browser, or use email sign-up.

2Text to image

  1. 1After logging in, open the “Create” workspace.
  2. 2Describe the image in the creation box at the bottom — be specific about subject, scene, lighting, composition and style. E.g. “Minimal skincare ad in soft natural light”.
  3. 3Click the green “Generate” button or press Enter (Shift + Enter for a new line). Images usually arrive in seconds.
  4. 4Want a richer description? Type an idea and click “Enhance prompt” — AI adds scene, composition and lighting detail while keeping your intent; click “Undo” if you prefer the original.
  5. 5Each result shows the credits it cost. Click “New image” to start fresh.

💡 Every prompt passes a content-safety check; disallowed requests are refused.

3Pick a model, style, aspect ratio and count

  1. 1The row of buttons at the bottom of the creation box opens an options panel just above it.
  2. 2Model: models differ in look and price; the list shows credits per image and is searchable.
  3. 3Style: “Presets” has 40+ one-click styles (e-commerce product, food photography, 3D cartoon, Chinese ink, anime…) grouped by General / Photo / Illustration / 3D / Art; the “Style library” has 9,000+ styles — art movements, techniques, lighting & composition, aesthetics, artists and film & anime — searchable. The chosen style shows on the button — click × to clear it.
  4. 4Aspect ratio: 1:1 square, 2:3 portrait or 3:2 landscape.
  5. 5Count: generate 1–4 images at once; credits are charged per image actually generated.

4Edit with a reference image

  1. 1Click the image button at the far left of the creation box and upload a reference picture.
  2. 2Describe the change, e.g. “replace the background with snowy mountains”, and press Enter.
  3. 3Not quite right? Just type another instruction — it keeps editing the previous result until you're happy.

5Use the style library

  1. 1Open the Styles page to browse thousands of presets; search by keyword or filter by tag.
  2. 2Open any style to see its sample and full prompt — “Copy prompt” to adapt it yourself.
  3. 3Click “Generate with this style” to jump into the workspace with that style applied, then describe your subject.

6View & save your images

  1. 1Click “Creations & usage” in the workspace sidebar to open the dashboard.
  2. 2The Gallery shows everything you've generated — click to enlarge, then right-click (long-press on mobile) to save.
  3. 3Task log lists each run's model, type, status, cost and prompt, filterable by status and model.

7Credits & top-up

  1. 1Each generation deducts credits based on the model — about 5 credits per image on average; the actual cost is shown per result.
  2. 2Running low? Buy a credit pack on the Pricing page via secure Creem checkout; credits land automatically (refresh after a few seconds).
  3. 3Pay-as-you-go credits never expire.

8FAQ

  1. 1A generation failed? Check the prompt for disallowed content and your balance, then retry; failed runs appear in the Task log.
