Privacy Policy

Pixly collects and processes the information needed to operate the service, including account identifiers, email address when you register by email, login sessions, API keys, credit balances, purchase records, generation requests, uploaded reference images, generated outputs, usage logs, device and network information, and support messages you send us.

We use this information to provide account access, image generation, API and MCP access, credit billing, payment fulfillment, customer support, security, abuse prevention, content moderation, troubleshooting, analytics, and legal compliance. Prompts are screened by the Creem Moderation API before generation; allowed requests are then sent to the selected or routed model provider to fulfill the generation.

Payments are processed by Creem or its payment partners as merchant of record/payment service provider. Pixly does not store full card numbers. We retain transaction metadata needed for fulfillment, billing, taxes, refunds, fraud prevention, risk review, and reconciliation.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with hosting, database, object storage, payment, content moderation, authentication, email, analytics, logging, support, and model provider vendors, and require those vendors to process it only under our instructions and applicable law.

We retain account and transaction records while your account is active. Some records may be retained after account closure when needed for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, security audits, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to information we must keep for legal, billing, or safety reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, transport encryption, least-privilege operations, and logging. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting your password and API keys.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the date on the website and, when appropriate, notify users by email or in-product notice. Continued use of Pixly means you accept the updated policy.
