Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-17
Pixly is an AI image generation platform offering a web studio, MCP tools, and OpenAI-compatible API access. By creating an account, buying credits, submitting prompts, uploading reference images, calling the API, or using generated outputs, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy below.
You must provide accurate account information and protect your password, sessions, and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including requests made by team members, scripts, or third-party clients. Contact the support email immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Credits are prepaid in-platform usage units for image generation, editing, and related API calls. Prices, packages, available models, and per-generation costs are shown on the pricing page or in the product interface. Purchases are completed through Creem hosted checkout; credits are added after successful payment. Except where required by law or expressly approved by Pixly, fees for used or delivered digital services are non-refundable.
You keep the rights you lawfully hold in your inputs and outputs. You grant Pixly the limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license needed to process, transmit, store, moderate, and display your content to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights required for your inputs and that your use of outputs will not violate law or third-party rights.
Acceptable Use Policy: Pixly may be used only for lawful creative, design, research, prototyping, and development purposes that respect others' rights and content safety rules. You may not use Pixly to generate, edit, request, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, hateful, violent extremist, child sexual abuse, non-consensual intimate, personal-data-abusive, malware, scam, security-evasion, regulated-goods, or copyright/trademark/personality/privacy-rights violating content.
Adult and NSFW prohibition: Pixly expressly prohibits generating, editing, requesting, buying, selling, sharing, or distributing adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive nudity, fetish, escort/dating sexual-service, NSFW chatbot, or AI-generated sexual content. Any sexualized content involving minors or people who appear to be minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Identity and deepfake restrictions: You may not create non-consensual real-person impersonations, face swaps, deepfakes, nudification, defamatory identity manipulation, or misleading identity content. You may not use Pixly to impersonate others, fabricate endorsements, forge official documents, mislead the public, or bypass platform, payment, or safety reviews.
Moderation and enforcement: Every user prompt that can reach an image generation or editing model must be screened through the Creem Moderation API before generation. Pixly blocks requests returned as deny or flag; if moderation is unavailable, generation fails closed. We may restrict accounts, remove content, suspend service, deny refunds, cooperate with payment and law-enforcement partners, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
The service is provided as available. Pixly does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or dissimilar from third-party content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, commercial use, or redistribution and for complying with applicable law, model provider terms, and third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Pixly against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, account activity, unlawful use, infringement claims, or breach of these terms.
We may update the service, pricing, models, credit rules, or these terms. Material changes will be posted on the website or in-product. Continued use of Pixly means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and contact support for account assistance.
