Pricing FAQ
No. Both pay-as-you-go and subscription credits stay in your balance for as long as your account is active. Subscription credits are granted after each successful charge — monthly plans every month, yearly plans as the full annual allowance when the yearly charge succeeds.
Yes, there is no contract. Cancel through the Creem customer portal link in your payment receipt, or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for and the credits you were granted stay in your balance. To switch plans, email support and we will move you over. Billing periods already started are not prorated.
Each model has a different compute cost, converted fairly into credits — heavier models use more. You always pay for actual usage.
Credit packs are a one-time purchase — great for occasional use. Subscriptions renew automatically and grant credits each period, plus auto-retries, higher concurrency and a priority queue — ideal for steady, high-volume creating. Neither kind of credit expires.
